Standard Trading Process for Domestic Transactions
Below is an overview of the process for domestic transactions.
1. Inquiry
The buyer sends an inquiry to the seller.
2. Negotiation
You can view inquiries from the buyer via the transaction messages.
3. Issuing a Quote
Issue a quote through the transaction messages.
For instructions on how to issue a quote, please refer to: (Domestic Transactions) How to Issue a Quote
4. Order Placement
Once the buyer reviews the quote and clicks the "Order" button, the sales contract is finalized.
The seller then awaits payment from the buyer.
5. Payment Confirmation
Once the administration confirms the buyer's payment, both parties will be notified.
The seller should coordinate with the buyer to arrange shipping and provide shipment notification.
6. Product Receipt
The buyer receives the product and clicks the "Confirm Receipt" button.
Once the administration verifies this, the payment will be transferred to the seller within two business days.
7. Transaction Completion
Both parties provide mutual ratings, and the transaction is officially completed.
