How to Issue a Quote for Domestic Transactions

Once negotiations have progressed, you can issue a quote.

■ Steps to Issue a Quote

1. Click [Issue Quote].

2. You will be redirected to the quote issuance page.

3. Review and enter the product information. Data from your listing will be displayed for "Manufacturer," "Category" (or "Model" for transportation vehicles), and "Model Number." Information for "Serial Number" (or "Chassis Number" for transportation vehicles), "Weight (kg)," and "Dimensions" will also be pre-filled based on your listing, but these fields can be edited.

4. Enter the seller information. Data from your initial seller registration application will be displayed, but you may edit these details.

5. Enter the product details and the selling price (excluding tax). If you need more rows, click [Add Row] to insert additional ones. If you would like to see how the quote will appear to the buyer, click [View Buyer's Quote View].

6. Select the payment due date and receipt deadline. These dates can be set starting from the third business day after the quote issue date (excluding weekends). The seller must maintain inventory until the payment due date or receipt deadline.

7. Enter any necessary remarks in the "Remarks" field.

8. Agree to the terms and conditions, then click [Confirm].

9. Review the information once more, then click [Submit].

10. A confirmation message stating "Quote issued" will appear, indicating that the quote issuance process is complete. Once the buyer places an order, the sales contract will be finalized.

■ Regarding Expected Payout Amount

Once you set the selling price, you can view the expected payout amount.

The "Amount to be Paid to Seller" is calculated by deducting the sales commission and the applicable consumption tax from the total selling price. If you use the "Full-Service Sales Support" (Sales Omakase Service), the service fee and its applicable consumption tax will also be deducted.
