The purpose of the Trusted Badge is to serve as a reference for buyers when selecting a seller for their purchases.

Badges are automatically assessed and assigned according to KENKEY's standards, based on the seller's recent transaction activity.
[Evaluation Criteria]
The assessment for the Trusted Badge is based on a comprehensive evaluation of multiple factors, including recent transaction history and service responsiveness.
Evaluations are primarily based on the following aspects:
① Number of closed transactions
② Closing rate (ratio of successful transactions to inquiries)
③ Total amount of transaction fees
④ Buyer ratings
⑤ Initial response rate

[Badge Updates]
・The Trusted Badge is periodically reviewed and updated based on data from a recent, defined period.
・We maintain a set update cycle to prevent confusion caused by frequent changes in display status.
[Display]
・The applicable badge will be displayed on the seller's profile page and in product listings.
・Only the "Gold, Silver, and Bronze" badges are displayed.
[Notes]
・The Trusted Badge cannot be toggled ON/OFF based on the seller's preference.
・We cannot provide individual guidance regarding whether a specific seller meets the criteria for badge eligibility.
・We may be unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding assessment results or display status.
