Account restriction and elimination of registration


When actions of breaking BIGLEMON rules are suspected, under the decision of Customer Support, accounts may be restricted in usage or suspended.


■Usage restriction

When an account is restricted in usage, all of the items listed on BIGLEMON under that ID will be unlisted. In addition, functions below cannot be used.

・List New Item

・Sending 見積書 and Proforma Invoice (BIGLEMON)

・Place an Order (BIGLEMON)

・Editing member information


An Email will be sent from KENKEY for users who's IDs are restricted.


■Suspension

When an account is suspended, all functions that require signing in cannot be used.
Once suspended, it's unable to re-register or re-open the same KENKEY ID.
