Forgot Password
Reset your Password from [Forgot your Password?] link and follow the steps below.
■How to reset your Password
1. Click [Forgot your Password?].
2. Enter your registered Email address.
3. Click [Send].
4. An Email from KENKEY will be sent to your registered Email address. Click the URL in that Email. This URL is only valid for 30 minutes after you receive the Email. If it expires, please redo the steps from the beginning.
5. Enter new Password twice.
6. Click [Reset].
7. [Your Password has been reset.] message will appear and the Password is safely changed. You will also receive an Email from KENKEY to confirm that your Password reset has been completed.
